The company has been around since 2007 and has been a full-time operation since 2016. Currently, we are in a rapid growth stage and looking for three project managers who can become highly specialized in their specific departments to streamline processes, organize the team, and position us for growth.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is fast-paced and self-managed. We are seeking project managers with the experience needed to make the right decisions quickly and with confidence. You will be required to work remotely during regular business hours. You will manage the major components of the business, including project management, team management, and client communication. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and sees this as a long term working relationship - not a short term gig.
DUTIES
- Streamline systems with software applications to improve the team and client experience.
- Manage Dubsado, Aweber, Unbounce, Trello, Facebook Groups, and Wordpress.
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise, according to company procedures.
- Update procedures with step-by-step instructions as our processes change.
- Manage projects from start to finish within your department.
- Assign projects to team members and ensure they are completed by the deadline.
- Review completed work for quality and deliver projects to clients.
- Manage the CEO’s personal appointment schedule.
- Hire and rehire contractors through upwork.
- Research solutions to problems as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Self-management skills: This job requires you to work from home, remain organized, and use sound professional judgment to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Software skills: Proficient in Trello, Wordpress, GSuite, AgoraPulse, Canva, ClickFunnels, Aweber, Unbounce, Upwork, and Slack. Willing to research and learn new software programs.
- Freelance experience is a MUST.
- Prior project management or online business management experience strongly preferred.
- GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
